Are you curious to know how and why my 4 year old account with over 70,000 fans ended with a permanent ban from Meta? Good, because I won’t shut up about it.
First, go add my new page!! Now let’s talk losing @coralstinyworld.
Unfortunately this is far from the first time this has happened to an account I’ve grown. As a long time youtuber and blogger in the cannabis space, I’ve seen firsthand for more than a decade how silenced our voices and creative expressions can be by these powerful networks. I consider pushing back against these hypocritical policies to be a part of my activism, and rarely adjust myself to be “safe” by their standards. Yes, of course my content was controversial, but being taken down seems to have surprised so many of you! That’s probably because I wasn’t sharing each time I’ve been flagged, warned, or suspended temporarily over the past few years. I’d become accustomed to it frankly, and I’ve read enough “terms of service” to understand networks do not want canna-content without federal, and global, legalization in place.
I have gone through all of the steps to appeal and hope my @coralstinyworld page will be returned, and some unofficial steps like reaching out to Meta contacts from an invited visit to their offices when they had celebrated my account’s success alongside other Bay Area creators. I haven’t heard anything back.

That’s right, I’ve been invited to Meta headquarters and they STILL deleted my account! No special treatment. It’s just the reality of speaking out for my favorite plant and the people that use it. Every employee I’ve connected with has been friendly and excited about my content, but not been able to be any help when I’m in a bit of trouble with their policies.
I love the cannabis plant deeply and I don’t compromise on how I show that love, whether it’s smoking it, admiring the flowers, or collecting and showcasing handmade paraphernalia, both miniature and life size, all of which are not welcome on most social networks. For that reason all of my accounts are constantly vulnerable, and may be suspended at any time. In fact, I’ve lost a total of over 400,000 followers between my banned accounts. It takes an emotional toll, something I’ve shared with my Patreon subscribers, but this is advocacy in action and I will continue to be a nuisance to the nonsense that is pot prohibition.
And now one more time… go add my new page! I miss my mini loving friends.
